Using the service
Music Remover provides online separation of voice and background music from supported video and audio files. By using the tool, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
Your files and account
Upload or submit media only when you have permission to use it and submit it for third-party model processing. You remain responsible for the original media and any use or distribution of the results. Removing music does not give you ownership, a license, or permission to publish someone else's recording.
Keep your account credentials and temporary media links private. Do not abuse the upload service, circumvent usage limits, submit malicious content, or interfere with other users' access.
Processing and output
The tool uses third-party model processing. Results depend on the source recording and may contain residual music, altered vocals or other artifacts. The tool does not guarantee perfect isolation, preservation of every sound effect, or suitability for a particular production workflow. Preview results before relying on them.
Processing time and availability depend on model processing and the network. Video export uses your selected voice and background tracks with their volume settings and may re-encode the media. Uploaded files are available for 30 days, and processing results are available to download for 30 days after generation. Save important files before they expire. This period does not control files hosted at an external address you submit or automatically delete account task records. Keep the page open until your upload finishes and the task is queued. Voice separation and video assembly then continue in the background even if you close the page. Return to My Files to check progress and download the results.
Usage limits and charges
The application validates uploads up to 100 MiB and limits task submissions to protect service availability. New video and audio processing tasks use one credit per second of server-verified media duration, rounded up to the next whole second. If the completed output establishes a longer duration, the difference is charged before the result becomes available. Failed processing refunds the credits charged for that task. Previewing and exporting an existing result do not consume additional credits. Available plans and credit-pack prices are shown on the pricing page and before checkout.
Refunds
Credits that have already been used are non-refundable. If a refund is approved for a plan or credit pack, the refund amount is reduced in proportion to the credits used from that purchase, and the purchase's remaining credits are removed from your account. Annual plans grant the full year's credits at purchase, so the same rule applies to the whole annual allowance. Credits returned after a failed task go back to your balance and are not paid out as cash. Request a refund through the support ticket function in Settings.
Support
For help with your account or a task, use the support ticket function in Settings. The operator may update these terms as the service evolves; the update date above identifies the current version.
